All Genbu Media WordPress themes and WordPress plugins have a GNU Public License version 2.0 or later (the same as WordPress itself). This means that you can use them on any number of website for both personal and commercial projects and edit the code if you wish.
The photos and images used in our demos are purely for demonstration purposes and may be subject to copyright and should not be saved, copied or redistributed in any way. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail image in your website.
Refunds
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the products (themes and plugins) you purchase from Genbu Media. If you would like your money back, simply let us know why with a description of your problem and request for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Genbu Media services (custom development, service, and maintenance) are not refundable.
Support
We offer support services for setting up the theme as shown in the demo and are happy to answer questions about theme functionality. We cannot do free support for customizing the theme or for third-party integration.
If you need to further customizing your site, you can use our custom development services.
Warranty
Our products is distributed and provided “as is” in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Please view the demos to get an idea for browser compatibility before purchasing. Products should work with the latest version of WordPress at time of purchase, but we cannot guarantee they will be compatible with past or future versions.
